We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

We allow a 5 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to either shorten your appointment to fit the remaining time available or cancel and reschedule your appointment. Full charges for the originally booked services still apply..
